Chicken salad is good, you just cut the chicken and season with what you are. Prepare the salad in cooking, as in the top and voila! my dad loves when I ... So just put a few chopped vegetables and seasoning a roast in the oven in your kitchen with a little oil, salt and pepper. It always works.

I use a very simple recipe for the sandwiches Immersion French ...
All it takes is a bit of roast meat, bread, dipping French and a number of juice on the Spice Iceland. Make au jus by instructions on the packaging. The toasted bread or a little meat and heat in oven or microwave. You can also use cheddar cheese. Simply put the cheese in the sandwich and melt on the grill. Serve with salad and some of Dor infants. Good luck!

I am a teenager and I think a pot of food is the easiest method.

Take a bag of frozen green beans, carrots, mushrooms, Broccolli and peppers, and mixed with diced tomatoes, canned diced chicken onion.Basically put garlic all together and place in a saucepan and baked or fried.

First, I like spaghetti sauce and pasta. Chop an onion and some garlic cloves. In a large frying pan or pot over medium heat, fry a pound of ground beef with onions and garlic. When the meat is cooked, add three 12-ounce cans tomato sauce 6 oz tomato paste. Season with a teaspoon of salt, three tablespoons of dried basil, a tablespoon of oregano, black pepper, a bay leaf. Prepare the pasta (spaghetti, spaghetti, etc.) per package directions. Parmagean Sprinkle with cheese sauce and pasta. Appitite Good!

It is delicious and only 3 ingredients!

Buy 1 chopped not feed per revolution ( "minced" I know it's there!)

1 large bottle of Clamato juice. (Search on the island of juice or a mixture of Bloody Mary in fine restaurants, such as spicy tomato juice used, but better)

2 1 / 2 cups elbow noodles

*********************************
Use heat a large frying pan.

Brown beef. Drain fat.

Dump in dry spaghetti. Zapping Clamato juice, and throw everything.

Bring to a boil, stirring not stick every few minutes for the pasta to the pan. If there is to cook, cook under the lid and place to move, takes up most of the juice into the noodles and tender. Should never be left unattended, will not be much noise, but prevent sticking occasionally.

You can use Sprint and Parmesan cheese on if desired. Enough done for leftovers are great!

Excellent seconds. (Add the noodles dry starch acts as an SLIGht thickened juice and Clamato soggy noodles are awesome)! I also season the meat with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce in the emptying of the past, but it's a personal decision.

Hope this helps.

What spaghetti or other pasta and sauce? With a pot of water and a can of tomato or alfredo sauce pot. Information is available on the pasta box. Start when your father comes home. Heat the sauce in the kitchen (or hell) in the microwave. Add frozen vegetables and Alfredo sauce, simmer for 10 minutes or longer can be no vegetables.

Chile?
1 pound ground meat
1 can of diced tomatoes can
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans of beans
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons chili powder

Break meat into small pieces and boil in a saucepan over medium heat until brown and slightly crispy on the edges. Do not drain fat into a container (sink! Lock it!) And add anything else. Simmer 30 minutes. Place fat in the empty cans and discard it. Add a salad on the side.

Chicken:
2 cups cooked chicken or a couple of boneless chicken breasts or thighs first
Garlic powder
1 of the fungus cream
16 oz frozen broccoli, green BEAns, or peas
1 cup rice
Grated cheese

Cut raw chicken into small pieces. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until all the white road. Mix soup with half a bottle of water (not in a bowl of soup with pieces concentrate the end!) And in the chicken. The whole thing with lots of garlic powder is about 2 c. Tea. Add frozen vegetables of your choice. Cover and cook over medium heat, while the rice is cooked.

To cook rice: Pour 1 cup of rice in the pot. 2 cups of water. It boils over. When cooking, cover the pressure on the low, and simmer 20 minutes. Leave him alone and not mess with it. Or cook in a pot of rice as directed. Or to make Minute Rice.

Everyone has sprinkled rice, chicken and vegetables with tomato sauce and cheese.

I must say I am impressed that a teenager, have healthy meals on the table, when his father comes home separately.

If you really want to learn to cook, get a cookbook from Betty Crocker to. (Or, Better Homes and Garden) is simple, healthy recipes, and teaches cooking techniques as well. When I was young, I had to learn my mother's 1950 edition, and I'm one of me when I was myself. I am 33 and still use.
